KleeQuiz Developer Terms of Service

1. Agreement and beta service

By accessing or using the KleeQuiz Developer API, you agree to these Developer Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The API and KleeQuiz AI are beta services and may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

2. API keys and security

You are responsible for protecting your API key and activity performed with it. Do not expose keys in client-side JavaScript, public source repositories, downloadable app bundles, or other places where third parties can retrieve them. Contact support@kleequiz.com if a key is compromised.

3. Your content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process source documents. You retain your rights in your source material. You grant KleeQuiz the limited permission needed to receive, process, and temporarily store content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the requested service.

4. Generated output

Generated questions and answers can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for how you use or present API output and for adding appropriate review when accuracy matters. The API is not an official grading authority.

5. Credits and billing

One successful generated question currently consumes one credit. Trial credits, prices, pack sizes, and limits may change. Paid credits are added after confirmed payment. Credits are not cash, are not transferable unless KleeQuiz agrees, and purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or KleeQuiz corrects a billing error.

6. Limits and suspension

KleeQuiz may apply technical rate limits and may restrict or revoke access for security threats, abusive traffic, payment problems, legal requirements, or violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Availability

No uptime or response-time SLA is promised during beta unless KleeQuiz separately agrees in writing. Do not design a safety-critical or high-stakes system that depends on uninterrupted API availability.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on a beta/as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. KleeQuiz does not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Age and authority

If you are not legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live, use the Developer API only with authorization from a parent, guardian, employer, school, or other person/entity that can legally accept these terms.

10. Changes and contact
